This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Baths R Us LLC, 3985 Medina Rd, Suite 100, Medina, OH 44256 (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own a primary residence located within Sponsor’s service area. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible states and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on July 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods have an equal chance of winning, and no method requires a purchase or payment. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method. Duplicate entries beyond the limit will be void.
Method 1 — Schedule a Free In-Home Estimate. During the Sweepstakes Period, schedule a free in-home estimate with Sponsor by calling (440) 457-0101 or visiting bathsrus.com/sweepstakes. Scheduling the estimate enters you in the Sweepstakes. A purchase is never required, and your chances of winning are not affected by whether you proceed with any estimate, appointment, or purchase.
Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry. On a plain 3″ x 5″ card or piece of paper, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), daytime phone number, email address, and date of birth. Mail it in a standard #10 (business-size) envelope with sufficient postage to: BRU “$15,000 Bathroom Remodel” Sweepstakes, Baths R Us LLC, 3985 Medina Rd, Suite 100, Medina, OH 44256. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 6, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or tampered entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.
One (1) Grand Prize: a complete bathroom remodel consisting of bathroom remodeling products and installation services provided by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $15,000. The prize must be installed at the winner’s primary residence within Sponsor’s service area, and the winner must provide Sponsor reasonable access to the home for installation. Prize details, scope, and product and style selections are determined by Sponsor. Any value exceeding the ARV is the winner’s sole responsibility. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent and no substitution except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both methods.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 8, 2026 from among all eligible entries, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry, within five (5) business days after the drawing, and must respond within five (5) business days after the date of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the response period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from among the remaining eligible entries. As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legally permitted) a Publicity Release, and provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to return these documents by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The ARV of the prize will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099 as required by law.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, city and state, photograph, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Medina County, Ohio for any dispute.
For the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the entry address in Section 4, marked “Winner Request,” to be received by September 30, 2026.
