Rob was our sales rep and he did a very good job. The installers, Derek and Jake, were outstanding. They started on Mon 8/8/22 and finished the afternoon on Tues 8/9/22. The demolition took less than 2 hours and was done without creating a big mess. If one could see them carry out the scrap, it would be obvious that they knew what they were doing. Bathtub was cut into 2 pieces and most of the tile was removed in large wall pieces. The installation was done professionally and looks great. I highly recommend Baths R Us. If you can, get Derek and Jake to do your project. Our project consisted of demo and install walk in shower with bench, shower door, grab bars, and Moen shower uni

I’d been considering replacing my white fiberglass and hard to clean shower but wasn’t sure where to start. A craft show had some home improvement booths so I spoke with the Baths R Us folks and scheduled an appointment for a consultation. Rob Hanna did a great job explaining the whole process in detail. I was impressed with the selection of materials. After giving it some thought I went ahead and scheduled the installation. I’m looking forward to my new shower! My hard working team of Chase and Tommy did an excellent job installing my new shower. They were professional, polite and conscientious. They did a great job of cleaning up as well. My shower looks amazing!

From start to finish the experience with Baths R us was first rate. Bob Z fully explained what would happen. The installation team of Doug and Mike were excellent. Always arrived on time worked hard all day, answered all our many questioned and finished on time. The finished work was excellent, we love it! See pictures below.

My wife and I had a great experience with Baths R Us. We had Doug and Mike come out to do a full bathroom remodel. They took the time necessary to do a complete, clean, and professional job. They communicated each step of the way and made sure each step was done properly before moving to the next step. They had great attention to detail and a true passion for this industry. They always made sure to check with the customer for small changes and details. We truly trusted these guys inside our house and would trust them with any future projects. This was worth the time and money.

We had Bath r Us replace our old bathtub, and shower / tub plumbing fixtures . They have their own installation people .Our installers, Derrick and Tanner were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and on time ! They removed the old tub,surround,and plumbing fixtures and installed the new in three days . They were clean, attentive and left no mess ! All work was done right the first time and tested ! We were happy with the completed project and would recommend this company to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done from a company offering good value , high quality, and professional installation !
